About Me

I have over 35 years of professional experience focusing on IT infrastructure, CRM, and loyalty. After completing my degree in Computer Science, I began my career as a Development Engineer at Dornier System GmbH. This was followed by senior management positions at Nixdorf Computer AG and Oracle Germany, where I established the Technical Marketing division, among other achievements.

In 1996, I joined Siebel Systems Central Europe as a founding member. As Executive Director of Product Marketing, I was ultimately responsible for the strategic direction within the European market.

Since 2003, I have been contributing this expertise as a Member of the Board (COO and CTO) at People at Work Systems AG. In this capacity, I advise clients at the executive level on CRM and customer loyalty strategies. Furthermore, I take on operational interim mandates—such as Chief Product Officer for loyalty companies—and support international tech companies with their market positioning and go-to-market strategies, both domestically and abroad.
